● About the race briefing video
We haven't uploaded it to the race website yet. We will post it on the WEB by this weekend and notify you by email.
● Course details, the flow of the race day before and the race day
Please come to Shinmaiko Marine Park on Saturday, October 17th for athlete check-in and bike check-in.
Shinmaiko Marine Park will be the venue for the start, transition, and finish on Sunday, October 18th.

● Athletes check-in time and swim start time
We have assigned the athlete check-in time based on the "desired athlete check-in time" that you answered the other day. Those who did not answer were sorted at the race office.
Please see the number indicating the athlete check-in time and the swim start time assigned to the right of each race number in the start list.

● World Championship Roll Down Process
The 2020 IRONMAN 70.3 Japan will have 40 slots to the 2021 IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship held in St George, Utah, USA, 17-18 September 2021.
The rolldown ceremony will not be held this year. Athletes who wish to play World Championship slots will receive a paper at athlete check-in, so please check the "I want a slot" item on the paper and submit it. If you are successful in obtaining a Qualification slot, we will be in contact 24hrs after the race to advise. You have 48hrs to complete your registration and pay the registration fee. If you do not complete the registration within 48hrs, the slot will roll down. You cannot change your mind after Athlete Check-In, therefore if you are unsure, its better to 'opt in'.

● There are no AWA benefits this year
Please note that there is no priority admission benefit this year as we will not be able to set up a dedicated lane for athlete check-in to prevent infection with the new coronavirus.
● About the visit of spectators
We do not recommend spectators to attend this year.
The Shinmaiko Marine Park will be enclosed so that only athletes and staff can enter, so spectators may not be able to enter. This year, we will take various measures to prevent the spread of infectious diseases, so please be aware of this if your family and friends are planning to visit.
The race will be streamed live on the Internet, so please enjoy watching the race there.
We will inform you about the live distribution later.
● About advance submissions
To prevent the spread of the new coronavirus, we will not receive documents at the time of athlete check-in.
Please send the following documents to email@example.com as an attachment as soon as possible.
When you send an email, please include the race number and your name in the body.
Fill in the date, participant name, race number and signature.
・ A copy of your health insurance card ,if you have Japanese insurance. It will be used only for your immediate medical claim and it will be disposed adter race.
